After lunch at Shady Maple Smorgasbord, tour the Ephrata Cloister, a co-ed monastic community famous for Frakturschriften (the first American calligraphic folk art), over 1000 original a capella compositions with 4 part harmony, a printer that produced the largest book in colonial America, and Rev War hospital.
