Main Line School Night

Ann has been preparing and teaching food from the Mediterranean for years, especially from Greece. Her menu will include Greek Roasted Chicken, Orzo with Butternut Squash and a vegetarian dish from the Greek island of Ikaria, one of five "Blue Zones", known for the longevity of its residents.
