Learn about parts of the world that produce delicious, quality sparkling wines. Different grapes may be used but careful vinification can result in tasty wines suitable for special occasions. We will explore the "Pinot Spectrum" by comparing elegant, earthy styles from Burgundy and Oregon against fruit-forward, luscious examples from California and New Zealand, along with sparkling Blancs de noir.
