But there are warmup, games you play and exercises you do to learn the principles of Improv. Learn to think fast on your feet, listen better, trust yourself, be in the moment and unwind and have fun. Beginner is best for those who have never done any or very little improv. Advanced is best for those who have already done a fair amount of improv.
