Ann has been preparing and teaching food from the Mediterranean for years, especially from Greece. Her menu will include Greek Roasted Chicken, Orzo with Butternut Squash and a vegetarian dish from the Greek island of Ikaria, one of five "Blue Zones", known for the longevity of its residents.

Sample the delicious cheeses from the farms in Chester County. We will include goat cheese and yogurt, cave aged cheese, fresh cheese and fall specialties.
